You don’t really know how it feels to be alone until you really enter the workforce. When you’re at home, there’s always someone to talk to. Even though they can be annoying at times. Even though you have to sacrifice your privacy.

On the other hand, things are a bit different at college. When you’re in school, there’s always someone to talk to. It’s funny. But once you sorta leave home, you start to feel more comfortable with friends than with family. I don’t feel like I have to sacrifice my privacy amongs friends.

But now, entered the workforce in an entirely different environment, different city, in a small organization where everyone else’s gotten families to look after after work, I finally learnt why there are lonely people out there.

So, to all the lonely people out there. You’re not alone. We can all be lonely together. At least for now :)
