Short Film: Hearing the Sunshine
The Tourism of Thailand (TAT) or Thailand’s official tourism board has decided to try something different this time. Instead of a simple ad campaign, it now tries to go viral by leveraging what Thais are good at in recent years: romantic comedy.
I don’t expect much of a response really as this film apart from having a pretty beautiful cinematography, it lacks what a true short film needs: a lasting impression. It may only do well in certain markets as well (I’d say perhaps East Asian and Swedish?)
