Didn’t have time to write anything for the past few days because of the ReLEx surgery I just had. It’s very similar to Lasik but from what I learnt it’s the latest technology and is no longer experimental. Only one laser is involved, and very little cutting on the cornea (only 3-4mm), it almost has no risk. The healing is almost instant.
It feels awesome actually not having to wear specks … but now it’s a little awkward. I look more Chinese than ever before and my eyes can’t be in contact with anything whatsoever for at least a week to ensure there won’t be any kind of infection. That means, no hair washing, face washes or any exercise that may cause sweat.
I love rubbing my eyes for stress relief; and not being able to do that is just so fucking stressful!
